Pickup Policy

Skin Poetry offers local pickup as a convenience for our customers. To ensure safety, accuracy, and professionalism, please review the following rules before selecting this option:

Scheduling & Communication

• Once you receive your “Ready for Pickup” notification, you must respond within 1 hour to confirm your pickup time and day.

• Customers are required to provide the make, model, and color of their vehicle when confirming pickup.

• Once a pickup location is agreed upon, it cannot be changed.

Rescheduling

• If you cannot make your scheduled pickup, you are allowed one reschedule only.

• Failure to meet the rescheduled pickup will result in the order being canceled and refunded.

Pickup Requirements

• The person who placed the order must be present at pickup OR, if sending someone else, that person must have the confirmation email/order number in hand.

• Without confirmation (email or valid ID), the order will not be released.

No Exceptions Policy

• If you fail to follow the above requirements, your order will be canceled and refunded.

• This policy is in place to protect both you as the customer and Skin Poetry as the business.
