Shipping Policy

Effective Date: July 14, 2025

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders are processed within up to 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is in transit.
Please note if we have a high influx of orders, processing time could take longer. We are a small company so please understand the wait time. We are working really hard to get your orders out, but we are a tiny team of two.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Skin Poetry is not responsible for invalid addresses.
If your package is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, a refund will be issued minus: Original shipping cost and up to a 15% restocking fee (to cover packaging and prep)
If we contact you about an incorrect address and do not hear back within 24 hours, your order may be canceled and partially refunded.
