By accessing or using the Skin Poetry website, you agree not to misuse our services or website. All content on this site is the property of Skin Poetry and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

2. Product Information

All our products are handcrafted in small batches. Please read the ingredients listed before purchasing. Skin Poetry is not liable for any allergic reactions. Always conduct a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or medical conditions.

3. Order processing

Processing time is typically 3-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

4. Shipping
We ship via USPS and offer standard shipping within the U.S. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by USPS.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. In the case of an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at [loveskinpoetry@gmail.com].

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed and we win the dispute, the customer will be permanently banned from future purchases with Skin Poetry.

7. Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for customers in Memphis. Details and pickup windows will be provided via email after checkout.
